www.myligero.com is operated by Stims Cigars, LLC doing business as Ligero Premium Cigars ("Ligero," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern use of our website and purchases from us. Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy form part of the purchase terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Age and purchase eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase tobacco products. You may not purchase tobacco for anyone under 21. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and provide accurate identity, billing, and delivery information. We verify eligibility before fulfilling tobacco orders and may require government-issued identification through our designated verification process. We will cancel orders when eligibility cannot be verified. Do not email identification unless we provide a secure submission method.

Permitted destinations and personal use

We sell tobacco products only where we are legally permitted and able to deliver them through an approved carrier service. Address acceptance by the website is not final confirmation of eligibility. We may decline or cancel an order when legal or carrier restrictions prevent fulfillment. Purchases are for personal use, not resale, unless we separately approve a wholesale arrangement.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we send shipment confirmation. Before acceptance, we may decline an order for failed verification, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, destination restrictions, or a material listing error. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will refund the canceled items and associated charges. We will not substitute products or increase the order price without your consent.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any required delivery fees are disclosed before payment. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout. If a material pricing error is discovered before shipment, we will offer the corrected price for your approval or cancel and refund the affected order. Promotions are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer.

Product descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately. Cigars are natural products, and wrapper color, appearance, and flavor may vary. Photographs are illustrative and screen colors may differ. Ordinary natural variation is not automatically a defect, but this does not excuse damaged products, material misdescription, or failure to supply the item ordered. 

Delivery and cancellations

Shipping availability, charges, estimated timing, tracking, and signature requirements are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Contact [email protected] promptly to request an address change or cancellation. We can make changes only if fulfillment has not progressed too far. After shipment, our return procedures apply. Nothing here limits any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

Product care and returns

Inspect your order promptly and store cigars in appropriate conditions after receipt. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains return eligibility and how to report damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products. Tobacco use carries serious health risks and nicotine is addictive. Our products and website content are not medical advice.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use our website for lawful shopping and personal informational purposes. Do not submit false information, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to evade age verification. Website text, photographs, graphics, and brand materials belong to us or their respective owners and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Accounts and privacy

If you create an account, keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy, including information needed for order fulfillment and verification. Any third-party links are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Warranties and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including liability for fraud or other legally protected claims. Our obligations for undelivered, incorrect, or defective orders are not waived by this section.

Applicable law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by Texas law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an order concern. This does not restrict your right to use any legal remedy available to you.

Changes and remaining provisions

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
